More Than One Fold over at Winter Wonderland

Hello

It's Friday which means two things for me, it's almost the weekend and there is a new challenge over at Winter Wonderland.

This week the theme is More Than One Fold and this is my take on it:

I've made a card in a box.  The characters are from a LOTV Art Pad and have been fussy cut.  The snowflakes have been die cut then covered in glitter.  The edges of the paper have also been glittered. (Needless to say I was sparkling a bit after using all that glitter!)

Sentiment : Set 5 - Christmas Circular Sentiments (LOTV)
Papers : Simple Joy Paper Pad (LOTV)
Dies : Small Snowflake Die (Impression Obsession); Circle Scalloped and Circle Dies (Spellbinders)
Embellishments : Ribbon and Rhinestones (My Craft Box)

This week we are being sponsored by Di's Digi Stamp and the winner will receive a $12 voucher.

I would like to enter the following challenges:

Sparkles Christmas Challenge : Animal Antics
Fab 'n' Funky Challenge : Challenge #265 - Christmas

Sunbathing (I wish!)

Hello

Just popping in with a card I made following a little crafty play tonight.  The image is from LOTV - Deckchair Dreaming.

I just wish the weather would improve slightly so I could partake in a spot of sunbathing.  It's a bit on the cool side for me!

Anyway back to my card.  The image has been coloured with Copic pens and I used the masking technique to do the sky with chalks.

The papers have been arranged in a patchwork effect and each section has been hand stitched.

Image : Deckchair Dreaming (LOTV)
Medium : Copic Pens
Paper : County Meadow (LOTV)
Sentiment : Computer generated using Wendy Medium Font
Embellishments : 20mm and 15mm Roses and Sweetheart Blossoms (Wild Orchid Crafts); Pearls (Hobby House); Glass Flower Stamens (Anna Marie Designs)

I would like to enter the following challenges:

In the Pink : Challenge #71 - Summer
Allsorts Challenge : Challenge 316 - Use a Stamp
Creative Inspirations : Challenge 319 - Your Favourite (LOTV Stamps)
