Good evening
Wow get me, two posts in one day - it's unheard of.
I saw that the challenge over at Papertake Weekly was Bingo and having never done a challenge like this before fancied having a go. You had to choose three in a row from the following:
I decided to go for the top row - Gems (Pearls), Die Cuts (Magnolia Doohickeys Fence Die and Spellbinders Nestabilities Labels Eighteen) and Flowers (Carnation and Roses by Wild Orchid Crafts). This is the end result.
I combined this challenge with the Penny Black Saturday Challenge - Easter Eggstravaganza and used the stamp 'A Basketfull' which was coloured with Copic pens. The paper is Spring Drop by First Edition.
I would like to enter this card into the following challenges:
Papertake Weekly - Eyes Down, Look in
Penny Black Saturday Challenge - Week 194
Thanks for stopping by. I really appreciate your comments.

Butterflies and Fairies
Hello
Hope you are all having a good week. I, like many other crafters, spent last Saturday at Harrogate at the GNPE show and did treat myself to one or two "essential" purchases!!
Today's card is for the challenge over at Lili's Little Fairies which is "Butterflies and Fairies". I saw some examples of this shape on the Whichcraft stand at Harrogate and decided to have a go and here is my attempt.
The image is Cake Glorious Cake by LOTV which I have coloured with Copic pens and cut out using Spellbinders Nestabilities. The paper is Wonderland - Magical Moments by Dream Street Papers which has been matted onto Bazzil card then onto a folded scallop shape. A pack of scallop shapes, in various sizes, is available from Whichcraft. The seam binding is from Wild Orchid Crafts.
The silver butterfly and 'happy birthday' sentiment are from my craft stash.

Tatty Teddy
Good evening,
This will be a brief post to show the card I made tonight. Over at Papertake Weekly the challenge was 'Anything Goes, with the option of Shrink Plastic. Well its been a while since I played with Shrink Plastic so I thought I would have a play. The little tag has been cut using a Marianne die, stamped with a LOTV sentiment stamp then shrunk. I am quite please with the result.
The image 'Tatty Teddy' has been coloured using Copic pens and matted onto papers from Up Up and Away by First Edition. Embellishments are minimal - just ribbon and rhinestones from my stash.

Ribbon and Lace
Good evening
The background paper is from the NitwitivityCollection by Nitwits.
Don’t know about you, but this weekend has just flown over. It’s been a nice sunny day where I live in Northumberland – hope it’s been the same where you are.
I did manage to find time to get my card finished for this week’s challenge over at Lili’s LittleFairies. The theme this week is Ribbon and Lace and for my card I used the stamp Mirror Mirror from LOTV. The image has been coloured with Copic pens (Skin - E21, E00, E000, R30; Dress & Shoes – B01, B00, B000; Hair & Mirror – E57, E53, E51, E50). I also coloured the ribbon with B01 to match the image.
The background paper is from the NitwitivityCollection by Nitwits.
On visiting various blogs I noticed that some cards included some form of stitching which I quite liked so I thought I would give it a go.
The flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts and the brad, rhinestones and lace are from my craft stash.
I would like to enter the following challenge:
Take care and have a great week.

Liebster Award and a Thank You to Lorraine
I am really honoured and delighted that Lorraine at http://lorrainebailey.blogspot.com/ chose to award me the Liebster Award - thank you very much.
The Liebster Award takes its name from the German word, meaning beloved, dearest or favourite. It is given to bloggers who have a small following — under 200 followers. As part of the tradition the award is passed along to five other blogs that have motivated and inspired me.

To accept the award you must:

2. Post the award to your blog
3. Give the award to 5 bloggers (less than 200 followers) that you appreciate and value
4. Leave a comment on the five blogs you chose to let them know that they have been awarded the Liebster Award.
Now choosing five blogs was difficult as there are so many excellent blogs out there all full of inspiration, but after much thought the five blogs I thing deserves the aware are.
