Good morning
Not such a nice morning weather wise - damp and foggy here, let's hope it burns off and we get some sunshine later.
It is Mother's Day in the UK tomorrow. I lost my own Mum a couple of year's ago, but here's the card I made for my Mother-in-Law. She loves flowers so I'm sure she will love the image.
The image is from a LOTV Art Pad "Set 3 - Wild Flowers" and has been matted and layered onto Bazzill card stock. The background papers are from "Timeless Victorian" paper pad and the sentiment from "Set 26 - Simply Sophisticated" both from LOTV. I decided to drag the old sewing machine out to stitch around the edges - like the effect and must make an effort to do this more!
The border die is from Magnolia and the corner die is "Filigree Corner" by La-La-Land. A Tonic punch was used to create the little butterflies. The flowers "Cherry Blossom, Sweetheart Blooms and Gypsophilia" are from Wild Orchid Crafts and the pearl spray is from Anna Marie Designs. The ribbon and pearls are from my craft box.
I would like to enter this in the following challenge:
Creative Inspirations : Challenge 258 - It's a girl thing
Lexi's Creations : Challenge 112 - Use your Punches and Dies
Crafty Catz : Challenge 224 - Anything Goes
Lili of the Valley : Crafty Bingo (Ribbon, Pearls, Flowers)

A Krafty Christmas over a Winter Wonderland
Good morning
It's Friday and we have a brand new challenge starting over at Winter Wonderland. This week the theme is ...
The design team got some images from this week's sponsor Kenny K to use and I chose Christmas Tree
The image has been coloured with Copic pens and glitter has been added to the tinsel and baubles.
The backing paper is 'Tis the Season' by Dovecraft and the sentiment is a Simon Says Stamp Die 'Merry Christmas'. I got the idea for cutting it out twice in different coloured card and overlapping it from Debby over at A Scrapjourney (hope you don't mind me copying your idea Debby). I think it helps the words stand out more.
The ribbon, pearls and 'Christmas Tree' button are from my craft box.
This week we are being sponsored by Kenny K who are offering the winner three digis.
Please pop over to the Winter Wonderland blog to see the fabulous inspiration from the rest of the design team.
I would like to enter the following challenge:
Sparkles Christmas Challenge : More than three embellishments
Thank you for visiting and for your lovely comments. Enjoy the rest of the day.

Thursday Inspiration over at Digital Delights - Chickadee
Good morning
How is everyone this week? I'm okay, especially as I've only got today to work then I've got a three day weekend - YIPPEE.
As today's Thursday it means we have some inspiration from the Digital Delight Design Team over on the Digital Delights blog.
Today I have something a little different to show you (well different for me!).
The Easter baskets were easy to assemble and make nice little gifts for children. I used paper from the Pastel Perfect Digital Paper pack to cover the baskets
The image is called Chickadee and the sentiment is from the Easter Sentiment set. All available from the Digital Delights store.
Please pop on over to the Digital Delights Blog and check out the fabulous creations from the other members of the design team. Also don't forget we have a new challenge starting over at Delightful Challenges.
That's all from me, have a good day and thank you for visiting.
