Thank You

Hello

My first post of 2017!  I hope everyone had a lovely Christmas and a Happy New Year.  I usually don't make new year resolutions - basically because I can't keep them up!  However, this year I did make one or two crafty resolutions:

  1. Try to use up old craft stock.
  2. Make at least one Christmas card per month.  Hopefully I won't have such a hectic time in December as I did this year trying to make all my Christmas cards!
  3. Attempt to improve my colouring and try out different mediums (eg. Distress Inks and Pencils)

So trying to keep up with resolution one, I've made some thank you cards.

The card bases are slightly smaller than I usually use, but make suitable 'thank you' cards.  The flower 'images' are rub-ons (which I've had a number of years).  The corners were rounded with a corner rounder.  It is a simple design, but perfect for using up those off cuts of paper.

Sentiment : Set 26 - Simply Sophisticated
Papers : Snow Princess Solids, Christmas Classics and Timeless Victorian (LOTV)
Dies : LR0395 (Marianne Designs)
Embellishments : Ribbon (My Craft Stash)

I would like to enter the following challenges:

Creative Inspirations : Fabulous Flowers
Crafty Sentiments : Anything Goes

Thank you for stopping by and for your comments.
